2017 IASCA Rules Released

The 2017 IASCA rules have been released.  If you're building a competition sound system, please refer to these rules to determine what class you're going to be competing in.  See the release below from the IASCA Worldwide Team

"Hi everyone,
The revised 2017 rules are now available for download on our website!

We apologize for the delay; our goal was to clear up any inconsistencies and 'grey areas' when it came to interpretation and it took longer than anticipated.

The Novice Class has been eliminated; as much as we wanted the class to attract new members to competition, it was rarely used and only a handful of vehicles participated. So, we have brought back an old name... Ultimate Class.

THIS IS NOT THE OLD ULTIMATE CLASS... just the name has been revived. Please read the rules carefully to see if you qualify, and to review the judging procedures for the class.

Other than clarifications and the addition of Ultimate, there aren't many other changes, other than the re-introduction of 1 seat Triple Crown. Read the judging parameters for Triple Crown carefully (I believe they're on page 5) so you know what you'll be judged for if you compete in it.

Thanks for your patience; here's the link to the rules downloads http://iasca.com/downloads/"
